Instructions for Rabbit in white wine with pasta
To prepare the Rabbit in white wine with pasta recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brown canine pieces in oil in a frying pan. Pick them up as they get browned. When all the pieces of meat are browned, they are returned to the pot and the white wine is poured. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes roughly and put them together with capers. Season with a little salt (take care of the sun-dried tomatoes and capers are fairly salty) and pepper and simmer for approx. 30 minutes. Add if necessary. Little broth or water along the way.
Meanwhile the pasta is boiled and the gorgonzola is melted for approx. 2 dl. Cream in a saucepan. Pour the water from the pasta and turn it into the gorgonzol mixture. Taste the spicy roast and serve it with gorgonzola pasta.
