To prepare the Quick easy roulade recipe, please follow these instructions:
The eggs are divided and the flowers are whipped with the sugar. Pour flour, potato flour, water and baking soda into. Whites whip stiff and turn gently into the dough pouring onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. The dough is distributed so that it comes out well in the corners. Bake at 220 degrees (oven) for 7-8 minutes. It must be golden, but keep it from being black.
When baked, remove it from the oven and turn it onto a new piece of baking soda sprinkled with sugar. It is lubricated with the desired jam (sour jam is an advantage) and rolled immediately. The roulades are easily rolled by using the baking paper it is on to roll. Finally, the roulade is wrapped in the baking paper while it completely cools.
The roulade may be decorated with icing, cream or fresh fruit if it is to be a little festive.
