Instructions for Pureed onion soup with vegetables
To prepare the Pureed onion soup with vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:
Arrow the onions and cut them into slices. Rinse and clean the leeks and carrots and cut them into thin slices.
Melt the fat in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Saute the onion and leeks for about 5 minutes, stirring. Mix carrots and parsley in.
Add the garlic, marjoram and black pepper. Pour broth into.
Let it småsnurre, covered, for about 10 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
Purér the vegetables a little at a time in a blender or through a sieve. Save a little carrots for garnish. Pureen pour into the pan.
Stir flour into a little of the milk and whisk it in pureen.
Add the rest of the milk. Warm it up and let the soup småsnurre, do not boil, some minutes. Season with salt.
Sprinkle cut chives and carrots over and serve immediately.
