Instructions for Pumpkin pie
To prepare the Pumpkin pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mørdej: The whole is kneaded together and left cold for 20 minutes.
The dough is rolled out and baked in a pie shape approx. 24 cm. In diameter at 180 degrees C. alm. Oven for 10-15 minutes until it is light brown.
Fill: All this is stirred together and poured on top of the baked bottom and baked at 180 degrees C for 50 minutes until the filling is stiffened.
