Ingredients for Provence chicken

Instructions for Provence chicken
To prepare the Provence chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rub chicken fillets with Herbes de Provence. Arrow and finely chop the onion and garlic. Rinse the vegetables. Inserts squashen into cubes. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and white membrane and stalk attached and cut the peppers into strips.
Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a large skillet. Put the chicken fillets and fry them in approximately 8 minutes. Turn them and continue frying in extreme 5 minutes, or until they have been fried. Pull them off the Pan and keep warm.
Pour the rest of the oil in the frying pan. Came the onion, garlic, Zucchini and bell pepper in. Sauté stirring for 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft. Pour the peeled tomatoes in and season with sal and pepper.
Put the lid on and let it simmer 10 minutes. Stir in parsley and put the chicken fillets on top. Put the lid on and let it simmer another 5 minutes. Garnish with Basil and serve the Court.
