To prepare the Potato pancakes (best) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
Mix potatoes, spring onions, flour, baking soda and egg whites in a bowl. Heat the oil in a large skillet, add to four small and not too thick pancakes and raise them for 2 minutes. on every side. Take them up and put them on baking paper on a baking sheet. Continue with the rest of the dough until it is used up. The potato pancakes can be cooked the day beforehand if you do not have time. Before serving, place the plate with the pancakes in the oven and leave them for approx. 7 min. Until they are crispy and serve them immediately.
