1 | tbsp | Canola or olive oil |
250 | g | Cabbage or cabbage |
400 | g | Boiled potatoes into slices |

Instructions for Potato Omelet
To prepare the Potato Omelet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the potatoes golden in the oil on a large pan. Whip the eggs together with the milk and add salt and pepper. Pour the egg yolk over the potatoes and turn to medium heat heat. The step of the egg mass is completely stiffened. Cut the cabbage into wide strips and spring onions in pieces of 5 cm and put it all in a saucepan with ½ dl. Water and a little salt. Put on the lid and steam the vegetables for 4-5 minutes pour. Excess water and benefit vegetables over the ready-made omelet. Fold the omelette over the filling and put it on a dish.
