Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Cut onions and garlic into small terns. Mix things together with some salt and pepper. Place it in a greased oven dish. Pour cream over to cover the potatoes. Place in preheated oven (200 degrees) for 45 to 50 minutes.
