To prepare the Potato chips with cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:
Potato Cake:
Peel the potatoes, rinse and dry them. Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Mix potato slices, onions, butter and spices in a bowl. Squeeze the mixture into a lubricated spring shape (about 22 cm in diameter). Bank the mold lightly against the kitchen table. Bake the potato cake on a plate of baking paper in the middle of the oven.
Let the potato cake cool a bit (leave it in shape). Place it covered in the refrigerator for the next day.
Potato Chopper:
Remove the mold from the potato cake and cut it into 24 "pie cutters". Place them on the side of baking paper. Gratin the potato chips in the middle of the oven. Take them out after approx. 12 min. And sprinkle the cheese on. Gratin potato slices finished in the middle of the oven.
