Heat the oil in a wok or large saute pan. Add pork, pepper, garlic and onions and roast until the pork tenderloin is beautifully golden and thorough. Stir the oyster sauce, water, brown daffodil and mangetout peas in the right and lightning for 1 minute. Serve with steam cooked, long grain rice.
