To prepare the Pork with broccoli and mint recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oil in a wok or large saute pan. Add pork and garlic and cook until pork tenderloin is golden. Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, water, brown daffodil, chili and broccoli and boil. Turn down for the flare and lightning for 2-3 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crisp. Add mint, water the ingredients carefully and serve the dish
