1 | tbsp | Water |
150 | g | Butter |
175 | g | Wheat flour |
300 | g | Plums, fresh, pitted |
75 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Plum Pie II
To prepare the Plum Pie II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumbling of butter in the flour. Gather dough with cold water, and made cold ½ hour.
Just over half of the dough is pressed into a pie dish approx. 21 cm.
Yolks should be halved and the stone is taken out and placed on the dough with the skin side up. Sugar and potato flour mix and sprinkled over.
The rest of the dough rolled out and placed over the yolks. Brush dough with egg and behind it in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes at 225 degrees C alm. oven.
Tips:
Serve with whipped cream or fromage frais.
