Ingredients for Piroger (Low Fat)

Pepper
Salt
Thyme
1tbspOlive oil
100gGrahams
2cloveGarlic, chopped
2Onion, chopped
20gYeast
200gCottage cheese 2.5% afdryppes in sight
dlLukewarm water
300gWheat flour
400gMushrooms, mixed
50gChorizo, thinly sliced or other spicy sausage

Instructions for Piroger (Low Fat)

To prepare the Piroger (Low Fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir yeast into the water and add oil and salt. Stir the flour for a little while. Spread the dough well and add to it. Additional flour. Let the dough raise for approx. ½ hour. Shake onions and mushrooms golden in oil. Dip the cottage and mix it in the vegetables with strips of chorizo. Season with thyme, salt and pepper. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a circle. Distribute the fill of one half and fold the other half over. Press the sides well together with a fork and dot holes in the piroggs. Bake them golden at 200 degrees, 20-30 minutes and server with salads
