Ingredients for Pickled herring with mango

1Solid mango fruit
1Fresh red chilli
1Strip of lemon rind
1dlSugar
2Sliced spring onions or 1 alm. onions in rings
2.5dlWhite wine vinegar
4Marinated herring fillets bare or old fashioned spegesildfileter which are soaked in cold water for 6-7 hours

Instructions for Pickled herring with mango

To prepare the Pickled herring with mango recipe, please follow these instructions:

Herring fillets cut into smaller pieces. Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh of the fruit both. Boil the vinegar, sugar, lemon zest and chilies together. Boats in mango and cook came 2-3 min. cool the bed sheet.
