Ingredients for Pickled cucumbers

100 | g | Salt per litre of water |
1000 | g | Small cucumbers |
125 | g | Shallots |
2 | Cased Spanish pepper | |
4 | pcs | Long pepper |
5 | slices | Horseradish |
500 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Pickled cucumbers
To prepare the Pickled cucumbers recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cucumber are pricked and placed in brine 24 hours,
after which they are taken up, dried and put into jars or glass with the spices in a while,
Vinegar and sugar are boiled together, pour over the cucumbers.
