Instructions for Peya
To prepare the Peya recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rice and beans are rinsed, put into a pot of water and boiled under the lid for 40 minutes.
Fresh ginger and cumin boil in ghee for one minute and add turmeric. Seasoning the spices together with salt. Add the dish and add lemon juice.
