1.5 | Egg white, pasteurized | |
400 | g | Icing sugar |
5 | drops | Peppermint oil |
Instructions for Peppermint confections
To prepare the Peppermint confections recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the pasteurized egg white in a bowl and add the Peppermint taste. Stir in the icing sugar in until the mass becomes solid siede and dry and can easily be manipulated.
Take small pieces of the mixture and make balls with the Palm. Set balls on a piece of wax paper and press lightly with a spatula so they will be a little flat. Let confections strips dry a cold place.
When they are completely dry they can be brushed with a little dark, melted chocolate if you like.
