Stir the egg yolks together in a bowl. Mix the sugar and maple syrup in a saucepan, and bosom mixture up to the boiling point. Pour under heavy whipping the heat syrup into egg yolks. Whip to a thick cream with whipped cream and nuts. Freeze the saw down.
