Ingredients for Pancakes
1 | tsp | Salt |
100 | g | Melted butter |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
4 | Eggs | |
50 | g | Icing sugar |
6 | dl | Milk |
Instructions for Pancakes
To prepare the Pancakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Whip egg, flour, salt and milk together.
2. Add flour flour slightly at a time and whip until the dough is white and lump-free.
3. Stir melted butter in the dough and let it rest approx. 2 hours.
4. Bake 20 large thin pancakes on a hot forehead. Bring some of the dough on the forehead, turn the pan around so the dough is spread into a thin layer on the whole forehead. Behind the pancake to the dough is stiffened and the pancake is golden on the side facing downwards. Turn it over and on the other side.
Serve pancakes with sugar and jam or ice cream and hot chocolate sauce.
