250gMushroom
500gRatite meat

Instructions for Pan Fried Sruds

To prepare the Pan Fried Sruds recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt butter, Brown the meat for about 2 minutes. on each page. Spice with salt and pepper. Cook on a low heat for about 25 minutes. or to a Center temperature of about 60 degrees (C). Let roast rest for about 25 minutes.

The potatoes are boiled, peeled and reversed in butter and parsley. Mushroom Sauté in juices, water is added and cooked in to about half volume. Add cream and red wine, and season with salt and pepper.
