2 | dl | Hønsebouilon |
3 | tbsp | Minced parsley |
3 | tbsp | Olive oil |
3 | Poussiner, a good half a kilo | |
3 | tbsp | Soy sauce |
4 | tbsp | Orange Marmalade |
6 | slices | Bacon |
Instructions for Oven-fried poussiner
To prepare the Oven-fried poussiner recipe, please follow these instructions:
'S poussinerne in cold water and dry them off. Season each with Go Cajun Poultry, and set aside. Finally, the jam and soy sauce mix orange. Rub the poussinerne into the mix, and wrap the two strips of bacon around each bird. Put poussinerne in a baking dish and baste/brush them with olive oil. Place in a 180-degree oven.
