Instructions for Oven-cooked salmon in foil
To prepare the Oven-cooked salmon in foil recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the salmon in pieces. Grease 4 pieces of stew or aloe oil and place the salmon pieces in the middle. Crisp with salt and pepper.
Rinse the pork, cut into strips and mix it with chopped dill, parsley and lemon and place it over the fish.
Fold the foil about the salmon to a close package. Put it in a pan.
Put the fish in the lower part of the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven approx. 40 minutes.
Leave the salmon to lie in the foil approx. 10 minutes.
sauce:
Melt the butter and stir the flour, spice up with asparagus, whipped cream and the liquid from the fish. Finally add asparagus and shrimp and the sauce is heated briefly.
Serve the salmon hot or cold with boiled potatoes, salad and sauce.
