1bundleSpring onions
1Handful of parsley
1bundleChives
1bundleRadishes
1tbspCanola or olive oil
1000gSalmon fillet
300gBaby spinach
4dlSour cream 9%
500gFresh peas in pods

Instructions for Oven baked salmon fillet

To prepare the Oven baked salmon fillet recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
Put the salmon fillet in a large refractory dish.
Chop the fennel seeds with a knife or bump them roughly into a mortar.
Brush the salmon with oil and sprinkle with fennel, pepper and salt.
Behind the salmon 20 min. in the oven.
Rinse and dry the spinach and place it in a large bowl. Cut the radishes and spring onions into slices and sprinkle the spinach. Bell the peas and sprinkle over.
Blend sour cream with the herbs to a light green dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the dressing in a bowl for both the salmon and the salad.
Serve with new potatoes and good bread.

Tip: Instead of salmon you can use trout.
