Instructions for Ostrich steaks with bacon
To prepare the Ostrich steaks with bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Send kryders steak with salt and pepper and FRY in pan about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Served in an ovenproof dish and cover with tin foil. Mushroom and bacon cut into thin slices, fried in the Pan and pour over steak.
The cheese is cut in half and placed on each its steaks. Put in a preheated oven v. 225 gr for 10 minutes.
Sauce: The excess meat juices poured from the dish in a pan and add a little water. Season with vermouth.
Steak with vermouth is poured over late-souce and served with potato røsti and seasonal salad.
