100 | g | Candied orange must |
250 | g | Light chocolate |
400 | g | Raw marzipan |
75 | g | Raisins |
Instructions for Orange rolls
To prepare the Orange rolls recipe, please follow these instructions:
The raisins soaked overnight in cointreau'en.
Orange peel, marzipan and raisins runs roughly through a food processor and knead with a little more cointreau, though it seemed, and tilsmages with a few drops of Orange oil.
Trilles to 5 bars, made a little flat in it as some kind of chocolate bar. Made on ice, while the chocolate melted over hot water bath. Be dipped or brushed, whichever is most practical, in chocolate and made out to dry on wax paper.
Garnish with candied orange slices. If you would like to have a very strong Orange flavor, one can also drip with a few drops of Orange oil in the chocolate.
