4-8 | slices | Wheat bread |
Instructions for Onion soup with cheese bread 02
To prepare the Onion soup with cheese bread 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle onions and cut in ½ cm. Thick slices. Cut garlic. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and raise the coarse golden and soft at low heat. Sprinkle with sugar and simmer, add soy and chopped chilli and cook. Pour broth and simmer for half an hour.
Grate while the bread slices are golden and crispy. Distribute the fried cheese and gratin in the oven until the cheese is golden and melted.
Taste the soup with salt and chili and serve with the gratined cheese bread next to or on top of the soup.
