To prepare the Onion and olive muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mash the onions softly in butter and allow to cool. Mix flour, baking soda, bicarbonate and salt in a large bowl. Stir in onions, olives and oregano. Beat the eggs and stir down kesella and oil. Make a deepening of the dry ingredients and stir the egg mixture. Stir only until everything is mixed. Distribute the batter in the molds. Fill almost to the top edge. Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
