Ingredients for Omelette with pork
1 | bag | Chopped cilantro with the roots |
1 | tbsp | Light soy sauce |
100 | g | Mini corn |
100 | g | Sugar peas |
1¼ | dl | Water |
125 | g | Fresh ground pork |
2 | clove | Minced garlic |
2 | tbsp | Vegetable oil |
3 | Chopped scallions | |
4 | Easy together beaten eggs |
Instructions for Omelette with pork
To prepare the Omelette with pork recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan, add pork and garlic and fry until the meat turns brown.
Add light soy sauce and water, boil. Turn down the flare and simmer until the liquid is evaporated. Take the meat and set it aside.
Wash and dry the forehead and put it back on the flare. Add the last spoonful of oil and let it run over the forehead. Pour the battered eggs on the forehead.
Came pork tenderloin, spring onions, mini corn, sugar peas and coriander over the egg yolk and lay on it. Stir the omelette with moderate heat until the eggs begin to stiffen.
