Ingredients for Oksekødspie

1 | pkg | Frozen puff pastry |
1 | clove | Crushed garlic |
1 | dl | Beef broth |
1 | tsp | Dried seasoning (oregano Basil or Marjoram) |
1-2 | dl | Sour cream |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2-3 | dl | Squash into small cubes |
400 | g | Minced beef |
Instructions for Oksekødspie
To prepare the Oksekødspie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle some flour on the kitchen table. Put 2 plates of butterdej so that they lay slightly above each other. Push the edges into each other with a fork. Brush the collection with eggs. Roll out the dough and coat a greased pie (20-25 cm in diameter). Prik with a fork and behind the bottom of a preheated oven at 180º C for approx. 20 minutes.
Season onions, garlic and squash in a little hot oil in a saucepan. Take it up.
Bring the meat well in a little oil. Add the onion mixture and the other ingredients and mix it with a sauce. Distribute the sauce on the baked bottom.
Simply roll 2 plates of butterdej to a lid. Brush the edge of the base with eggs. Put the lid over and remove excess dough. Decorate the lid with the remains of the butter dough. Brush with eggs. Bag the pizza in the oven approx. 30 minutes at 180º C.

Server with mixed green salad or tomato salad.
