Instructions for Okra-gemyse

To prepare the Okra-gemyse recipe, please follow these instructions:

Wash the okraces, cut the sticks and put the okraces in boiling water with added salt and vinegar. Cook the okra for approx. 15 minutes.

Flake the tomatoes and remove the chops. Cut the tomato meat into cubes.

Heat the oil. Bring okra, tomatoes, chopped parsley and cress, salt, pepper, peppers and lemon juice in the oil. Squeeze white and simmer for a few minutes. Season the apple in a bowl and serve it hot or cold.
