Instructions for Oatmeal goblets with colored coconut
To prepare the Oatmeal goblets with colored coconut recipe, please follow these instructions:
Make sure the butter is soft, style if necessary. Unpack one hour before use. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (use only one deciliter coconut flour, as 2.5 need to be rolled in). Stir the ingredients with your hands until it becomes uniform and there are no more butter bubbles.
Vibrate small balls of the mixture and prepare for a plate. Fill coconut in a plastic bag (s) ~ Depending on how many colors you want ~ add fruit color, and paste the color into the coconut. Pour on a plate and roll the balls into the coconut. Grab a box and refrigerate until they get cold. (About 2-3 hours)
tips:
The oatmeal sprouts can last several days in the fridge, but make sure they are in a closed box ~ otherwise they may taste other things in the fridge. They are also freeze-dried.
