75 | g | Oatmeal |

To prepare the Oat flakes with chocolate recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Whip up the egg in a bowl. Add the flour, sugar, oats, baking soda and butter, and whisk it well.
Style it in the refrigerator at least an hour, so the dough will be fast and easy to work with. Roll balls of around 2 cm. and style them on wax paper with good distance, since they float out. There should be approximately 30 out of it by 180 degrees behind you. 10-12 min. When they are cooled, melt chocolate in a water bath. Apply the chocolate on the back of a biscuit with a bagepensel. Then put another cookie against the chocolate. It takes a few hours before the chocolate is hard again
