Instructions for Norwegian Prince cake
To prepare the Norwegian Prince cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
All the ingredients thoroughly kneaded together into a uniform mass. The fat must not, however, softened, but have its normal consistency, otherwise the dough too soft and not to further processing.
The dough should be divided into 2 equal parts. One part rolled circle around to a size, so you can fore bottom and sides of an ordinary layer cake form about 20 cm. in diameter. The form must be greased lightly before the dough is placed.
The filling is spread evenly over the bottom. The rest of the dough is rolled out, cut into strips, which are merged into a lid over the filling. The strips are printed together with the base along the edge so that the lid and the base forms a whole around the filling.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C Groove bottom in about 25 minutes. The cake must not be taken out of the mold until it has cooled.
