1 | Paragraph green, red and yellow peppers | |
2 | can | Peeled tomatoes with oregano and thyme |
2 | Large onion | |
2.5 | dl | Cream |
8 | Small or 4 large neck chops |
Instructions for Neck Cutlets
To prepare the Neck Cutlets recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chopped chops are turned into flour with salt and pepper. Brunes in a pan with butter. In one frying pan pour one can of chopped tomatoes and the browned chopped chickpeas are placed on top. Put a little more butter on the forehead and let the crushed pebbles and mushrooms and onions simmer for a couple of minutes - turn the mixture a few times - do not take color. Put the mixture over the chops together with the last can of peeled tomatoes and finally the cream. Put the frying pan in the oven at 180 degrees approx. 30 minutes and server with salad and rice. You can use all the spices you like - but then the chopped tomatoes must be without spices - but with onions or green peppers.
