Garlic to taste (I used an entire garlic) | ||

5 | dl | Hand-hot water |
Instructions for Naan inspired garlic bread
To prepare the Naan inspired garlic bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is poured into the warm water. Add salt and sugar and stir until it is melted. Add the stuffed egg, oil and garlic (save some garlic to brushing). The flour is kneaded until the dough has a suitable consistency. Raises for half an hour.
The oven is preheated to 200 degrees on hot air.
Then divide the dough into 24 servings (depending on how much you want the loaves) and press them flat with your fingertips. Put on a coated baking sheet and apply for 20 minutes. Meanwhile the butter is melted. Put the pot off the plate and put the garlic in. The bread is brushed with butter and garlic and baked in the oven until they are stiffened a little. Then they are removed, reversed and brushed on the back. Bake until they have a little color on the back, take out, turn and brush a last time on the front. Then sprinkle with some spice after taste (I used Örtagårds spice mix) and like a little grated parmasan. Bake a last time until they have the desired color.
tips:
The last 2 times the loaves were baked, I only had one plate in the oven at a time when I did not want to ricikate that I got cracking out of it instead.
