To prepare the Mustard chops with blanched broccoli and sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Brown the chops in half of the butter and spread them in a greased ovenproof dish.

Chop the onions, season them in the rest of the butter and spread them over the chops. Pour the grease from the pan and cook with broth and white wine. Season with mustard, estragon, salt and pepper and smooth sauce with cream fraiche.

Pour the sauce over the chops and fry the meat in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 25 min.

Spread broccoli into small bouquets. Boil them in low salt water for approx. 2 min., Do not lose their crispness.

Boil the rice as indicated on the package and serve them to the chops together with the sauce and the cooked broccoli.
