1 | tbsp | Butter |
100 | g | Shrimp shucked, boiled |
1000 | g | Potatoes |
2 | dl | Whipped cream |
250 | g | Mushrooms |
600 | g | Plaice fillet |
Instructions for Mushroom-filled plaice
To prepare the Mushroom-filled plaice recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle the fillets with salt & let them sleep cool, while grønsagerner is prepared.
Chop the cleaned mushrooms, sauté them in 1 tablespoon butter & add salt, pepper & lemon juice to taste.
put a small spoonful of champinnons on half of fish fillets, put the other fish fillets over & attach them together with toothpicks.

Serving: Serve the fish on a hot platter, garnish with lemon slices & peeled shrimp & dill sprigs.
Serve with small boiled potatoes & mushroom sauce.
