To prepare the Mrs Felix Coconut Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bottom: beat the egg whites very stiff. Term the icing sugar and turn it gently in the egg whites along with coconut flour. Got dough in a well-oiled, breadcrumbs sprinkled springform and bake the bottom at low heat 160 degrees in 50-60 minutes. Put foil or wax paper over if cake appears to be too dark on the surface. Let the cake become cold and crack it into two bottoms.
Cream: Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it together with the butter in the saucepan. Stir the egg yolks together with the icing sugar. Gently stir in the melted chocolate mixture into egg mixture. Let the cream be cold. The cream has got to be some hours before the cake are added together. Advantage of the cream between the two bottoms and term icing sugar over the top bottom before serving.
