To prepare the Mother's potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brush the potatoes well or peel them. Pre-cook the potatoes. They must not be very tender. Pour the water from the potatoes and shake them to get a slightly rough surface.
Pour a little duckweed into a dish where the potatoes can be. They must not be on top of each other but must be in one layer. Turn the potatoes into the duck and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Put the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and brown.
