Instructions for Mom's Chocolate mousse
To prepare the Mom's Chocolate mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
The egg whites beaten stiff. The chocolate is melted in a small saucepan and taken off the hob, after which the egg yolks, one at a time, stir in (chocolate mass will be tough). The egg whites then reversed in the chocolate mass (or vice versa). Chocolate mousse is poured into the desired serving bowl and placed on ice for at least 4 hours. A little tip: it tastes really good to put macaroons on the bottom of the bowl and pour a little booze over, before the chocolate mousse in. (eg. Grand Marnier, port wine, sherry etc.)
Tips:
It may sound a little strange that there should not be anything other than chocolate and eggs in chocolate mousse but try-it tastes great and takes only 10 minutes to make.
