300 | g | Fresh raspberries |

Instructions for Mixed fruit salad
To prepare the Mixed fruit salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the orange with a knife so all the white comes away. Then cut the fillets free of obstacles. Save the orange juice that is formed.
Rinse, clean and half the strawberries. Peel the banana and cut it into the tern. Rinse and clean the raspberries. If strawberries and raspberries are frozen, save the juice they give when they dare. Divide the melon and grab the kernels with a spoon. Peel the melon and chop the fruit in the tern. Mix the fruits and pour the orange juice over.
Dice the vanilla, scrape the black grains and mix them with the honey. Mix honey and yogurt and taste with cloves. Pour the sauce over the fruit salad or serve it next to it. Decorate with fresh mint.
tips:
Make a more lean sauce by stirring quark soft with a little light milk.
