kgVegetables such as URf.eks. leeks, beetroot, potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, courgettes
lWater
15-20Fresh basil leaves
275gProsciutto or similar, coarsely sliced
3smallPeeled tomatoes
400gBorlottibønner or canned beans, since borlottibønner are hard to find fresh in Denmark
5tbspFreshly grated parmesan
9tbspOlive oil

Instructions for Mini throne Soup

To prepare the Mini throne Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sweat the onions in a large pot. Add water and meat and let this cook over approx. 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, the vegetables must be cleaned and cut into cubes. Remove the meat from the pan and then put all the vegetables in the pan. Let it boil after which it is the turn of the beans to come to the pot. Refrigerate and simmer for approx. 25 minutes before tomatoes come into the pan.
