2 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
2 | tsp | Oatmeal |
2 | tbsp | Hot coffee |
250 | g | Icing sugar |
4 | tsp | Ground cinnamon |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
400 | g | Sugar |
5 | dl | Water |

To prepare the Milk free cinnamon cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
The melted margarine and sugar are stirred together. The water is stirred. Add the remaining ingredients.
Pour the dough into a pan.
Bake the cake for 30 min at 200 C (180 in hot air).
The glaze is stirred together and lubricated when the cake has cooled.
tips:
You can also enjoy the icing while the cake is hot. The glaze melt into the cake thus giving a more "wet" texture.
