To prepare the Mild chili butter sauce with shrimps recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt butter in a saucepan, chilli chilli here, add cream and simmer to make it thicker, taste more chili if desired.
Cook the broccoli so there are still bites in it.
Add prawns just before serving so they get warm, 4 pieces on each plate, and 3 pieces of broccoli on each plate, add the caviar directly into the sauce just before serving, served with flutes.
tips:
Remember it's a mild chili pea sauce, rather than chili too much ;-)
