To prepare the Meringue with strawberries recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the egg whites very stiff, then whip the sugar for a little while, so the mass will be cool. Put it in a syringe bag and spray 2 thick rings or circles drawn on baking paper - they should be approx. 22 cm in diameter. Bake them at 130ÂșC for approx. 45 min. Or until the rings are crisp and dry. Let them swallow. Put the rings in a stack so they form a meringue. Stir the strawberries together with a little sugar and put them together with ice-buns or slices as well as whipped cream. Sprinkle roasted almonds over.
