Whip the egg whites very stiff, then whip the sugar for a little while, so the mass will be cool. Put it in a syringe bag and spray 2 thick rings or circles drawn on baking paper - they should be approx. 22 cm in diameter. Bake them at 130ÂșC for approx. 45 min.
