Instructions for Meringue
To prepare the Meringue recipe, please follow these instructions:
The egg whites beaten stiff. 3 TSP. sugar (1 for each egg white) added, after which the mass whipped in 5 minutes. The rest of the sugar irøres with light hand. Put through icing bag in greased plate in tiny tops that Bake at low heat, approximately 100 degrees c. alm. oven for about 1 hour.
Protein-rich mass may be sprayed out as wreaths, after which the bestrøs with chopped almonds.
