100 | g | Thinly sliced cooked ham |
100 | g | Thinly sliced parma ham or other cured ham (not smoked) |
Instructions for Melon with ham
To prepare the Melon with ham recipe, please follow these instructions:
Part melon and remove the cores. Share half the parts again, so they will be quartered. Del then each quarter into 3 boats. Carefully cut the shell away from the flesh and style 3 boats on each plate.
Put ham slices breezy over melon boats and sprinkle with a little groftkværnet black pepper.
Garnér with a slice of lemon and a couple of citronmelisse leaves.
Drip some fresh squeezed lemon over just before serving.
