150 | g | Butter |
200 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | tbsp | Icing sugar |
3-4 | tbsp | Cream |

Instructions for Melon pie with macros
To prepare the Melon pie with macros recipe, please follow these instructions:
Findel smears in the flour, so it is reminiscent of fried cheese. Mix the flour and mix the dough with cream. Let the dough rest for half an hour.
Roll it out to a round plate and coat a greased pie shape. Beat the dough with a fork and bag it at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until it is golden. Let the pie swell.
Crush the macrons and put them on the pie. Cut the melon in the middle and remove the kernels. Peel it and cut the fruit meat into narrow slats. Put them nicely on the macro layer.
Melt the gel with a little water. Let it swell a little before the cake is glazed.
Serve the pie with creme fraiche or whipped cream.
