1 | Egg yolk | |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
1 | tbsp | Vanilla sugar |
2 | dl | Cream 13% |
200 | g | Butter |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
60 | g | Icing sugar |
Instructions for Medals with vanilla cream
To prepare the Medals with vanilla cream recipe, please follow these instructions:

Butter / margarine is chopped into the flour. Bring sifted flour with the egg yolk. Eating a dough that is kept cold for a few hours. Roll out for approx. 5-7 mm thick and cut to medals approx. 8 cm. In diameter.
Bake at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 10 min.
Put together with vanilla cream and decorate with icing or whipped cream.
Custard:
All ingredients except. Vanilla sugar is whipped together in a thickened pot. Whip under low heat until it is thick. Whip all the time. After siphoning stir the vanilla sugar in.
