Instructions for Mazerintærte
To prepare the Mazerintærte recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: wheat flour and sugar Came in a kitchen machine. Add the fat into smaller pieces and egg yolk. Run to a smooth dough. Put the dough onto a floured board and work it together. Tap it out on a piece of plastic wrap into a thin sheet. Deck the dough with plastic wrap and allow to stand cold 15 min.
Fills: Paint the bitter almonds. Cut the cold butter into chunks and marcipanen. It came in the kitchen machine and run it a few times. Add the eggs one at a time, and run to it is a smooth mass. Season to taste with the bitter almonds.
Serve a form, preferably a springform, with the dough. Let the batter go a piece up at the edge. Pour the filling in and behind the Middle Groove on at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Let the cake cool for a moment. Then loosen the edges of the cake and let the cake cool.
Garnish: Tube punch and icing together. Wide glaze over the cake and garnish with half a cherry.
